2. Data We Collect

2.1 Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our web server automatically collects and stores information in server log files. This includes:

• IP address (anonymised after processing)
• Date and time of the request
• Page requested (URL)
• HTTP status code
• Browser type and operating system
• Referring website (if applicable)

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to ensure the security and stability of the website. Log files are retained for a maximum of 14 days and then automatically deleted.

2.2 Contact via Email

If you contact us via email (e.g. info@jzwebservices.com), we will store your email address and the content of your message in order to process your enquiry and respond to you. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless retention is required by law.

2.3 Use of the Generator (dnm.aipostgen.com)

Clients who use the social media generator (hosted on a subdomain) upload photos and text for processing. This data is used exclusively to generate social media content and is not shared with third parties. Uploaded files and generated output are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Access to the generator is protected by password.

3. Cookies

The aipostgen.com landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The generator subdomains use a single session cookie strictly necessary for login authentication. No third-party cookies are set.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers. When the page loads, your browser may transmit your IP address to Google's servers in the United States. This is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can prevent this by using a browser extension that blocks Google Fonts requests. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
